I started going in November weighing 184, a size 15, and was so out of shape! Shane is definitely the main reason I kept going back. I love Task Fitness! I have been attending Task Fitness boot camp for about a year now. Since joining, I have lost over 70 lbs. and lots of inches. I was a size 20 when I started and now I am down to a size 10.
The trainer/owner Shane always has challenging workouts that are never boring and always effective. I have attended other group workouts before and after awhile it can get very boring and then I lose interest. When I don’t show up to boot camp for awhile, Shane shoots me an e-mail or text wondering when I am going to come and workout again. I think that’s awesome! It keeps me accountable. I need someone like that to keep me in line. It is a huge reason why I have been successful with my weight loss.
A big plus about Task Fitness is that it is very affordable which allows you to continue working out without breaking the bank until you have reached your goals. I highly recommend Task Fitness to anyone who is committed to living a healthy lifestyle. Try it out. I thought I wouldn’t last a week when I first started, but here I am a year later still going and honestly loving it.
